However, since we are living in the age of Artificial everything, from local food supplies to the country’s most important voting events, the question is: Are all those thousands real? All these data come from some sort of pre-programmed user interface. Inserting a simple script here and there will make the stats look any way the bosses of the programmers want them to look.
Also, how many of “subscribers” are real humans, or real active humans? How many subscribed and continue there despite their subscription not being up to their expectations... hoping that one brilliant article will change their world?
Are the subscribers counted in total, including those who unsubscribed, or only the current number?
And finally... so what? No offence, but these are only digits, and digits without a true marketing context (which should be provided by the platform - and it is not) and without making the platform self-replicating or self-promoting - like the rest of its older siblings.
