Choose Christ Jesus as a personal Savior then there’s eternal life. Reject Him and there’s eternal death. God’s not complicated. His Word, the Holy Bible, tells us everything we need to know. The OT is an example of how to live and not live. In the NT God forgives us for not being perfect, as His Law says we should be. Then by the power of His Holy Spirit He helps us to live the way He would like for us to live by accepting His Son’s sacrifice to atone for our sins (the flesh is what makes us fall short of His glory) and live a new life full of mercies and grace. He doesn’t want us to take our own lives. He wants us to give Him our life so that we can live with Him forevermore in His eternal Kingdom where there is peace, joy, and righteousness. Eternal death has none of that there. So sorry she took that way out. I bet she’s regretting it now, just like the rich man who saw Lazarus in Paradise with Abraham.
