I find that whole exchange rather sus. It's pretty unusual for 47 year old women to get pregnant, period (like 0.5% of all pregnancies). And when they do, it's probably not going to be a "perfectly healthy" situation. I'm not saying that alone means she's lying. It just makes me suspicious.
