Me too. Quercetin, zinc, vit C and D. No problems whatsoever and I’m over 65. Of course also practice healthy unprocessed food, plenty of exercise and sleep etc. Just plain common sense things.

I know right? I loved Dr Aseem Malhotra's dietary advice, if it has more than 4 ingredients don't eat it! Thanks for the info Julie.
