States Rights has been in the picture of American society many years ago right before a small CIVIL WAR infraction that happened in the 1860’s! Slavery and WACISIM was not the issues surrounding the Civil War it was and still is States Rights and the protection of Individual Rights pursuant to the U.S. Constitution (the first Constitution for the United States not constitutions #2 or #3)! How does the “No Titles of Nobility Bill of Rights Amendment #13 get deleted and then replace with the No Slavery 13th Amendment? Then suddenly the 14th Amendment is passed while Congress is on Christmas Vacation and the States’ supposedly passed the 14th Amendment over a 3 year period! The Supreme Court has written about the “Constructive Legality of the 14th Too! It was told to the U.S. Public by the then Secretary of State and the then U.S. President the 14th Amendment was passed by the actions of a Majority of States!
If you know what majority means then you know it did not pass unanimously! The 14th Amendment was created to make all Americans slaves of the Federal State Bureaucratic System!
