As I understand it, Agenda 2030 is the year 2030 goal for Agenda 21 the overall plan for the 21st century. Perhaps you've heard of the "Green New Deal" which is a USSA attempt at further implementation of Agenda 2030? I think the newer "Build Back Better" is a worldwide attempt at further implementation of Agenda 2030 and PSYOP-19 fits in here as well!
In a nutshell, it's about redistribution of wealth, total control of all resources worldwide, and total control of everything we do as humans!
