And why should people work for free?

Everyone deserves to be paid. While 1.2m seems like a lot of money over 2 years for most, it is important to appreciate that Fullmich is a top attorney and this sum, if true, represents a pay cut.

The organization did not approve his salary.

That is the allegation.

Is it not his org?

I do not know the exact terms, do you? Have you seen their contract and terms?

Otherwise, it is he said, she said and everyone is for some reason believing the allegations at face value and taking sides.

Yes, it is his organization, and he could have spent smaller amounts of money without asking for permission, but the board has to approve expenses of thousands of dollars. If there was a contract, he would have shown it when he responded to accusations.

Did his accusers show this contract?

Why does anyone care about this?

Do you find any issue with his work?

They did not show a contract because probably there was no contract. There were plenty issues with his work. He never filed any pleading with any court. He said courts were corrupt, but it would be useful to see how courts would react. They could have filed a case in each of EU countries and non-EU Eruopean countries. In the United States, there were some legal victories, such as the Supreme Court's opinion that the federal government vaccine mandate was too broad to be constitutional. Then there was a decision on mask wearing on flights. Right now, there is a case in Louisiana.

Perfectly bilingual and charismatic, Reiner did a great job. but that was a job of a journalist and not a partner in a top law firm. It is unfortunate that Viviane went publicly with the accusations, which also damaged her reputations, as she is the one who signed off annual financial reports. Reiner rudely called her a girl with a curl in her hair, puffy sleeves, and a lawyer without a law firm. That statement is outrageous, but it may also be true. A more experienced person would know that she has nothing to gain from exposing their internal problem. I do hope they overcome the conflict. Their contribution has been enormous.

If thatтАЩs correct, then he should pay it back. Period.

Not saying any of these experts should work for free, but much of their efforts focus around lack of integrity, so he should have negotiated a better arrangement.

Many borrow from their clients' funds they are managing, but if they do not return it, they can go to jail.
