Thank you for this article! I learned a lot more and will use my rebounder more often! I have a rebounder in the bedroom and use it every morning for a couple of minutes. I also do some simple exercises bouncing on the side of the bed before getting up for circulation. It helps me get a good start in the mornings, and I feel much better!
