psychos, sociopaths or narcs are only like 2-4% of the population. For Arguments sake, let's just say 1 out of 100 (1%). In a city of 100k, that's 1000 peeps. There are shades of these conditions, and people can have multiple traits, that water down the bad. The Bad parts are still there though. But in this group there are 10-100 of that 1000 (the 1% of the 1%), that have the combined worst traits and are 100% incorrigible. Immutable Evil. Those are the Politicians. haha! They are Career Criminals, Fraudsters, Conmen, gangsters, addicts, pervs, etc.
Also, some are smart and some are really dumb. Which poison is worse? Stay Away.
