I see a form titled “JUSTIFICATION AND APPROVAL”. I expect to see somewhere on the form an actual “justification”. None on form. Instead, box (bottom left) titled “Basis for Approval”. So, neither “approval” nor “justification” on form. So, what’s with form title? In the “basis” box is found “FAR 6.303-1(d)”. Here’s FAR 6.303-1(d): acquisition.gov/far/6.3…

Here’s FAR 6.303-1(d): https://www.acquisition.gov/far/6.303-1 “(d)” again just talks about Justification. No place to provide one. There is still NO JUSTIFICATION to be found, only references to word “justification”. Nowhere is found a single word which describes the necessity of this contract at time of request, e.g, what is the threat, current, or anticipated? Statistical basis for the threat? There is no where any evidence of compliance with relevant law, code, or regulation.
It appears obvious that multiple laws have been violated, e.g., ‘forgetting’ to mention that this is an experimental product, not a vaccine, altho the label notes “Unapproved drug other” . How many pharmacist and MDs are going to tell jab recipients that small fact?
