This was already decided in Nuremberg when the Nazi's were put on trial for forcing prisoners to take anything injected. The Nuremberg code was put in place for this very thing. Let's not argue about numbers or efficacy or anything else that is liable to be BS. Human rights is the real deal. There are no "numbers" to fudge or legal mumbo jumbo to sort through. It is black and white...either you are for the Nazis or are against the Nazis. No in-between.
