NYC “health” apparatchiks voted today to rescind their unconstitutional and criminal DEATHVAX™ mandate which was illegally imposed by former Mayor Warren Wilhelm Jr. aka Bill de Blasio.
Of course, the venal and psychotic “health” officials are only now attempting to save face ahead of the fast approaching midterm elections. And yet, their policy reversal seems most peculiar given that leftists will handily steal “win” New York state.
In an article earlier today by NBC New York the following was reported as if the NYC government employee “vaccine” mandate had not just been defeated:
Staying in effect, though, will be the vaccine mandate for tens of thousands of municipal workers, many of whom have expressed frustration they must comply with protocol no longer considered necessary outside the public domain.
The City of New York did just file an appeal with the very money they stole from New Yorkers via taxes. Sadly, this means that the legal battle is not over just yet. The City of New York is arguing the following utterly disingenuous points:
Did Supreme Court err in granting the petition, granting declaratory relief, and denying respondents' cross-motion to dismiss, where, among other things, the petition is time-barred and the underlying employee vaccination requirements are entirely lawful and rational, as multiple courts have held?
No, there is less than zero lawfulness, rationality, nor a scintilla of real science informing these draconian power grabs. What is driving these policies are WEF “penetrators,” UN operatives and the various other installed globalist operators.
All of these politicians need to be voted out, and then swiftly prosecuted along with their minions.
For all of my New York based subscribers, I created an animation that is currently playing in Times Square along with a website that will help inform you on how to vote Hochul, et al. out of office:
Do NOT comply.
Nice billboard! So glad I live in Montana! I have lived in both Connecticut and Hawaii and will never consider moving back to either one. Also have lived in Florida and won’t go back there as its too crowded and might turn blue, though I doubt it will be this year.
