I usually don’t take it in the summer. Mostly zinc, quercetin, vit c, D, Resveratrol and curcumin. I try to get most everything from my diet. I love my juicer and I love my garden.

The only time I had cov was last September when I let go my guards (not taking Ivermectin for a while) and other supplements.
