I usually don’t take it in the summer. Mostly zinc, quercetin, vit c, D, Resveratrol and curcumin. I try to get most everything from my diet. I love my juicer and I love my garden.

The tube of paste will treat a 1500 pound horse, and I know someone who gave the entire tube to a baby foal that probably only weighed 200 pounds. I was afraid there would be some bad side effects, but I didn't see any at all.

I unfotunately caught the Delta variant in 2021 in Ocala Florida at a conference of
