What possible difference could it make to them if you didn’t undergo radiation? It’s ridiculous that they would refuse you one treatment if you don’t agree to a second tx. (It would be perfectly ethical in this case for you to lie. They remove your tumor; you change your mind about radiation)

That is exactly my thought pattern. But I also have an incentive to do surgery in Mexico even though I don’t have the funds for it right now because there, they offer something called autologous lysate treatment which they create from your own dead tumor cells derived from surgery. And they don’t push for any ☢️ . And they’ll only want to remove affected lymph nodes instead of the entire lymph system in my right axila.
