Can these all be caused by shedding?

Highly likely. All other vaxs too b/c of the adjuvants. "It's just a flu shot! I've always gotten one!" Cumulative damage makes it look like natural progression 😔.

I don't think we can rule it out - but I do think that Sunlight is our best ally, combined with detoxifying at night by eliminating wireless.

I've wondered that, too, because I have extreme bouts of insomnia when I'm shed on by freshly boosted people.

But now I'm wondering if it's due to the reactivation of latent viruses in my body. After being shed on, I also get a cold sore, and I know many people who have said they've gotten a recurrence of shingles after being shed on. I haven't yet been tested but believe I may have a form of Lyme disease, which can cause insomnia and other neurological issues like brain fog, so I'm wondering if being shed on causes a flare up of Lyme symptoms. My understanding is that Lyme can never be gotten rid of, but it can be suppressed, which means it can also flare up.

I've eliminated sugar and grains from my diet and I'm taking an herbal antibiotic/antifungal combo and I'm now sleeping better after being shed on over the holidays.

Interestingly, Lyme Disease is also a bioweapon. The book "Bitten" by Kris Newby exposes this inconvenient truth.

I don't know if shedding is a "thing" or not, there is some interesting info on it. Just in case I take a dose of ivermectin weekly, and I haven't had any issues. I used to take it after my weekly BIG SHOPping trip, now I just take it during my 48hr fast.

seems to work as well - no problems with cold/flu, fatigue etc..

I try not to give myself too much psychological input because words/thoughts have power. But every time I am in the hospital for work (which thankfully is only a few times a week) I don't feel well while I'm there and after I leave. Lots of factors could be at play, but I suspect shedding is among them. I get facial herpes breakouts way more often as well. I do take IVM a few times a week in hopes that I am mitigating some of the harm but who knows. I took valacyclovir daily for a year (2023) to help with reactivated EBV. I stopped taking it because I noticed some brain fog. Only take as needed now but I can tell it makes a difference in my energy levels. I believe there are studies using IVM for Lyme but I have no idea where to find them. Maybe Pierre Kory or William Makis? I believe A Midwest Doctor has written a lot info on DMSO and Robert Yoho is all about chlorine dioxide. Lots of good stuff on substack.
