you may want to add vitamin K2 to the protocol, if you are taking d3 regularly, you should be including k2, also you should add zinc,copper and magnesium.

I take them daily and haven't had as much as a cold since 2020, when I began the ivermectin protocol for covid immunity.

btw , vitamin d and k2, zinc and copper should be taken in the morning and a variety of magnesium compounds (glycinate, malate, taurate - available in a single capsule) should be taken in the evening to aid in sleep cycle.
