I agree. A true clinical psychopath never ever quit. They never ever give up on fantasizing about and carrying out their crimes against humanity. Sometimes they “go dark” for awhile, but they are constantly seething and planning during that time -- sometimes their breaks are years long, but they always begin again. Think about the most well-known serial killers like BTK, Green River, etc. They torture and murder a long string of people. When police get too close, they stop for a time or move and begin again in another area. It’s no different with the ones we’re dealing with now. Psychopaths only stop when they’re no longer breathing.
