The tragedy is that lawsuits were not immediately filed ahead of the initial EUA for adults, and now as they move in to maim and kill the children there is finally the threat of a lawsuit.

Lawsuits just delay the inevitable . Courts give regulatory agencies “regulatory deference” meaning they wont question the science. Have to go the Grand Jury/indictment route and treat this as a criminal and not a tort case but Attorney Generals even in Red States wont do so
