Niacin/B3 (500mg) with equal amounts Melatonin before bed

Niacin tends to make people have temporary hot flashes, itchiness - this is why we take before bed. Flush style Niacin is the only type that is effective. The flush red, hot flashes etc are the niacin working to encourage blood flow, dismantling the spike protein, etc. Take with Melatonin.

Very useful information. Quercetin sounds like something that could help with brain health in general, and more specifically, different forms of dementia, ALS, Parkinson's and Alzheiimer's. Am I correct??

Lumbrokinaise? Where to get?

And Dr Mercola is one of the good guys. He understands the global situation and what we're up against, because he's been under attack too. Buy direct. You can even set up "Auto Ship" and save. This is what I use, although I don't use it for anything COVID or jab related. Didn't get inoculated with any genetic material. But I find that this product works better for my purposes than some other brands, so it's a double win.

lumbrokinase helps dissolve scar tissue and amyloid fibrils in the body, which could be from many sources including the mrna shots

Expand full comment

Wow. Can it work for external scars too? Just curious. Thanks for the answer.

Yes and I second mineral oil or castor oil, also rose hip or prickly pear oil; yes lumbrokinase helps soften scars external and internal , also check Creme de la mer

Comfrey, made into a salve helps with external scarring as well. It also helps with many other ailments. I make it all the time!

Most likely. Also, castor oil rubbed over the area containing scars has been reported to be beneficial. While my superficial scars didn’t fade in appearance much, they became less constricted and more flexible. I’d reach for castor oil again, before doing anything else. It won’t happen overnight. My info is anecdotal, but I’ve talked to others that say the same thing

Does it smell as bad as I hear it tastes?! Lol. Thank you for the info.

Expand full comment

No. It’s pretty nasty to take orally, (although it worked for some of us as kids), but it doesn’t’ smell as bad as it tastes.

I remember. Lol

I just looked it up. Thanks again.

Thank you. I get his emails. I just don't understand what it's used for exactly. You are kind. Blessings!

I use it for my joints. A bull tore up a knee for me 30 years ago. (I've still never let a surgeon touch it, thanks to acupuncture!) And a guy drove his motorhome through my F-250 with me in my truck, 20 years ago, and messed up my back badly. (Again, haven't allowed them to carve on that either!) I cannot say that this reverses all damage, but it does decrease the pain and swelling enough that I can tell when I am taking it, and when I am not. I still get around and do everything I want to do, and I am still active.

It helps with other things, and I can see where it could benefit a person that has programmed their body to produce spike protein. It won't stop the body from producing it, but it might help keep the load floating around in the body at somewhat lower levels.

Wow Sounds like you've been through it. Awesome that it works so well for you. Blessings and continued good health. Serum less here too!

Nobody gets this old without some "mishaps" along the way, unless they don't actually live. I wear my scars proudly, and have had a better life than most would have if you gave them 4 lifetimes. I'd do it all over again, and I wouldn't change much!

At a certain age, we can all complain about aches and pains, but what good does complaining do? Better to deal with it, and remain in life, instead of sitting on the sidelines watching others.

Thanks for the kind thoughts!

I've not exposed myself to any dangerous mrna.

I am able to provide guidance on how to dismantle the spike proteins which grow in mrna induced patients. Yes, this doesn't undo any mrna therapy, but it does make quick work of the generated spike proteins and provides some prevention for worsening outcomes.

Thanks so much, David! I like having the studies to back these things up; otherwise, no one believes me when I tell them what I already know.
