Something interesting I was thinking about. The past few decades have had ENORMOUS rises in Prescription Anti-depressants. The truth has come out recently that depression is NOT caused by “chemical imbalances “ and millions have been duped because of, you know, SCIENCE.

Maybe they were widely prescribed to Americans to eventually “flag” all who take these medications by passing some UNGODLY law in the future. Very scary indeed.

Stephanie,

Most depression, particularly in teens, is situational. They are very impulsive

and the brain is not mature, and they are also very emotionally immature...

anti depressant medication is not recommended for this age group.

Adults can have situational depression or more complex chronic depression,

and for them, an anti depression medication may save their lives.

SSRI drugs (selective seratonin reuptake inhibitors) are effective for a number of

people. They must be watched carefully, as depression lifts? They may have the

energy to follow thru on a suicide plan. Mental health treatment, psychologist

therapy should be concurrent. Insurance barely covers this so there is little $ in it

for practitioners/therapists. Private pay is the way to go. Meanwhile, .gov sends

billions in cash and mainly weapons to countries (Ukraine) for conducting proxy

wars supporting murder of people. The USA is not a good place for people with

any mental health dysfunction.

@William Brown,

You have written with such passion and mentioned Biblical references, and the origins

of words and terms. TY

I left my job in nursing related to having to give medications. That used to be a choice

nurses could make, eg., if a patient didn't feel well or refused. The nurse would document the event. Many nurses had issues with some of the drugs. The doctors really reacted negatively, and

"ruled" that any time a med was not given, the nurse was to phone in to said doc and report

directly, regardless the time of day or night. That was/is absurd. There were other practices

I didn't respect, and I spoke up. I retired early (about 5 yrs) because I could not treat patients

in a disrespectful manner, possibly harmful manner, or promote various test and procedures

that were/are unethical or redundant.

Now, many of us are thinking about Doctor/Nurse delivered vaccines in a new way. I know

I would have had to quit. I know microbiology and organic chemistry well enough that this

new vaccine didn't make sense to me, and I certainly did not participate in the experiment.

If you or a person close to you was harmed in our medical system? Please know I am sorry

that happened. I have always advised family members to hang around, even stay overnight,

when family members are hospitalized. Be there, or someone in the family be there. Help

your valued person cope, do errands for them, arrange their bed clothes, read to them, and

be still and respectful when they nap. I am sure you will do the best you can.

Best regards to you William,

and be well.

Suzanna

What about all the young kids on Adderall(sp)or other ADHD meds. Their brain is developing and shouldn’t be on this drug or any drug! What will happen to them?

Scary to think about.

It might be a good idea to change the title, to make it more accurate: BECAUSE OF strict gun control, California had . . . There is such massive evidence of this. I remember reading John Locke about a decade ago. He convinced me (and put me to sleep over and over) with stats and more stats and more stats. Excellent

yes, you are right about the title. I remember back when high school kids here had their rifles racked on the back window of their pick up trucks, visible for all to see. Lots of kids went hunting after school. School shootings were unheard of. Drugging kids was unheard of. Micromanaging your kids lives was unheard of. Boys in girls bathrooms was unthinkable. Things were not perfect, but now they are insane.

Everything the far left touches turns to shit. Not joking. We already have enough gun laws but in some areas they are selectively enforced.
