I guess this would be classified as psychopathic behavior. She literally played a central roll in destroying the country and the world with the mad Covid response which was based on nothing but lies and she doesn't have a tinge of guilt about any of it. She and Tony Fauci are responsible for more death and destruction than anyone in U.S. history but hasn't occurred either of them that they've done anything wrong. It's quite remarkable to listen to her.
