It goes like this: have a party. Invite underage girls, and judges, prosecutors, sheriffs, local politicians and so on. They get it on with the girls, and the people that own the girls have the proof. Blackmail. So they are never prosecuted. Now.... do that nationally. Then globally.
Yep. But it seems that they've increased the viciousness to getting video of these freaks raping and killing babies. I guess they don't think mere "underage" girls will upset anyone enough in this fully debauched age;-)
