I've read and shared studies before that show PCR tests are able to distinguish between flu vaccine types and years and where they were used.
I went to the NIH library website, searched for PCR, influenza & vaccine pairings. Many returns. But mostly on horses - I suspect they now censor human results but leave the animal ones.

The horse flu vaccines reveal their capability to know this information from samples. And I rather suspect they would reveal the origins of all positive samples that match back to flu or covid vax type, year, where. It's not like they save the best technology for horses.
It's there. In the samples. Just need to measure and match to the known criteria in all of the 2019 flu jabs and all of the covid jabs. No doubt the 'variants' are specific vax derived.
