My experience is not that feminism is a scam. My mother got paid half as much as the man beside her. Women could not be pilots. There was a quota (10%) for how many women could get into med school. Flight attendants were fired for turning 33!! And ever so much more. Like so many other movements, like the civil rights movement, feminism has been hijacked, turned into something bad.

Your confusing feminism with Equal Rights (amendment) that has not been passed in the US.

I'm not doing any confusing. Feminism, in Canada and many other countries (including the US), was the movement for equal rights for women. My mother got half the pay as the man beside her. I got the same pay - prof. But on my first job, I could not even apply for some of the positions - reserved for men. Yes, feminism has been very important, in my lived experience. And it's been turned into something largely destructive - like the civil rights movements, where now there is BLM.

Feminism has always been a controlled opposition movement by Gov.Inc. to undermine the family unit. Not surprised to learn of one of the leaders of the faux battle for rights is a an intelligence agency stooge. Many “heroes” will be revealed as actually enemies.

Delighted to see the encouraging video from the young lady. She knows, God bless her.

There has been some fearful looking developments recently. Many continue to pay a high cost for standing up for our God endowed freedoms. The toll of not submitting or complying will likely get worse in the near term. But this is a reoccurring theme scripture has shown repeatedly. May we be humble enough to heed the lessons shown to us in the past, and take hold of Gods promises and strength to fight wisely for and with Him for our future. A scripture verse to lift our hearts and minds seems appropriate, as well as a short article I came across sharing the tale of Elijah. One of my favorite passages from scripture. God has and will ALWAYS keep a remnant for Himself of those who are faithful. It doesn’t take a majority for The Lord of Hosts to accomplish His good will and pleasure.

‘Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’

Gov.Inc is way better than my .gov, mind if I use it?

I know women earned less, way back when, because I confronted an HR person, male,

about this issue. He stated, 1) a woman could get PG at any time and it was waste to

invest training on her. 2) men needed to support a family, thus would be loyal, and

that required a larger salary. Years later a male MD told me the same thing, The # of

MD's in a given area is regulated by the population #, and female MDs were therefore

a waste due to likely attrition. I didn't agree, further, I resented males in the OBYGN

field and wanted more women practitioners available to women.

Nonetheless, overall the movement could be called social engineering. Women

working took them out of the home, and the poor children were left, far to early,

to fend for themselves in a shitty system. Meanwhile, working women are exhausted

and torn, having 2 full time jobs, work and home.

Of course you can use it. 👍🏻 I’m not sure if I saw it somewhere over the past few years and borrowed it myself, or if my own brain came up with a condensed way of saying the governments and global corporations are both in on it.

My husband was talking years back with a gal at work about feminism and she said something brilliant along your same lines “I burned my bra on the courthouse steps. In the end we got what we wanted…the right to be exhausted all the time.”

It’s true women earned less. But I’m not convinced that a women being able to earn more was a equal value proposition. I know there are varying views on this, and don’t expect everyone to be in lockstep with me and my views on women-hood and their place in a stable society. My own daughter is one who is doing it all. She’s smart and has a very strong sense of self and willpower. But even she feels exhausted and struggles to balance her partners needs, her childrens needs, her household needs and her own needs outside of all those. She is so busy all the time, I know she does not feel she has it all. There is only so much of any person to go around. Something or someone will not be getting what is needed.

Every aspect of “feminism” benefited only males, except equal pay which is the one aspect that was not successful. Think about it: free sex (sex with no marriage or commitment), women adding an extra income to the household, abortion which let would be fathers off the hook, and no bras. Only the equal pay idea failed.

Aaron Russo, in his last interview, spoke of how the CIA funded the whole "women's lib" movement in order to destroy the family and put women in the workforce to collect taxes on the other half of the population.

Once upon a time. Men could raise a family under a roof on a single working wage.

Then they convinved the women to work too and slowly the wages dropped lower.

Instead of having twice the income, now households have the same income as they did before. Even though they perform twice the labor.

This all despite a vast and rapid evolution of technology which alone doubled or even trippled production. And each inventer of this technology hopeful his invention would make the world better and easier. Meaning more can be accomplished with less. But it's not. It never happened.
