I agree with you about Kirsch, I think he's living in Never Never Land. He keeps thinking the CDC and Wollensky are going to return his phone calls. He'll be waiting a very long time for that one!

I think that he thinks if he keeps at it, at some point the evidence will be so overwhelming that it will break the dam. He’s like a guy chopping down a huge tree, one more swing of the hatchet & the tree will fall over. He will be dead before that tree falls over.
