Vegan is not for everyone. It ruins a lot of people's health.
I know that personally and it was verified in a book by an MD physician whose practice was based on healing people through veganism.
He said ninety percent of his patients improved dramatically, and ten percent crashed just as dramatically, and he had to consider reality, that it was a worthwhile practice, it wasn't a panacea, and it doesn't work at all for certain people, who tend to be type O.
Another example of people with Lactose Intolerance.
In Ireland, where dairy is a huge part of the traditional diet, Lactose Intolerance is very rare compared to other Western Nations.
I agree. I will never convert to eating vegan. The problem is that most of our meat and milk is contaminated with the garbage they feed the CAFA animals! I buy only pasture raised meat and milk from farmers I know. No hormones, no antibiotics and no GMO’s!!! I got ill over twenty years ago and discovered it was from the antibiotics and hormones in our food! I’ve always cooked our meals from what I thought was quality meat….I never went for the cheapest prices until I realized that I had to get out of most grocery stores that just sell the CAFO meats. Some are offering organic or grassfed but it isn’t nearly as extensive as what I can get from the farmers I have gotten to know. I changed to all organic and found all these wonderful farmers. I have a sister-in-law that is vegan and she has changed to one nasty woman! She tears down all of us who eat meat, but now she is against killing any animal! I raise my own chickens fed organic food and grow a lot of our own vegetables.
