Maui changed their law to hire their new police chief, John Pelletier. Prior, one had to live on the island for 4 yrs to be qualified to be PC. Pelletier was also in charge of investigating the Mandalay Bay "mass shooting" in Las Vegas. I'm sure that's all just a "coincidence". 🤷♀️
