HAARP Was & Continues to be REAL: Once Upon a Time the NY Times Did Real Journalism: Rainmaking Is Used As Weapon by U.S.
Many like to roll their eyes and knee-jerk accuse one of being a “conspiracy theorist” for even so much as entertaining the possibility that weather modification and control is a reality. But we know from the many patents filed and approved that this is an all too real technology, as is the true nature of the HAARP Program.
This gem of an article from way back in 1972 starts off with the following doozy, “WASHINGTON, July 2—The United States has been secretly seeding clouds over North Vietnam, Laos and South Viet nam to increase and control the rainfall for military purposes.”
Of course the NAZI 2.0 CIA are cited as claiming the weather modification is “experimental”. Kind of like the EUA “experimental” Death Injections du jour.
“According to a document contained in the Pentagon papers, Defense Department's secret history of the war, weather modification was one or seven basic options for step ping up the war that were presented on request by the Joint Chiefs of Staff to the White House in late February, 1967. The document described the weather program over Laos— officially known as Operation Pop‐Eye—as an attempt “to reduce traficability along infiltration routes.”” But before this paragraph we got the quote, “What's worse,” one official asked, “dropping bombs or rain?” So which is it? Today’s psychopathic Cult are pushing the junk science “climate change” scam hard and fast, ready to usher in “Green” Passports onto the global population. Meanwhile, hardly anyone has bothered to review the actual science and as such can’t comprehend that our current 421ppm of atmospheric CO2 is essentially critically far too low for optimal life on earth.

It took me a while (even after being aware of weather warfare) to realize the climate change narrative was yet another scam. Yes, the climate is doing weird things but at this point, it is the result of purposeful human intervention and not because there are too many farts polluting the air.
We know there’s HAARP, as well as satellites being used to warm and even scorch some areas; many of us have seen the images of lasers beaming down into a volcano right before there’s a sudden eruption; the volcano that erupted underwater was apparently the result of a missile that can even be seen to splash into the ocean right before it erupted/exploded, I’m pretty sure a lot of earthquakes these days are part of it (to promote the environment of) fear. I don’t know if there is any way to tell natural events from the unnatural ones.
Jesus. If trying to wake people up from the covid farce was and continues to be a next to impossible uphill battle, touching the sacred cow of global warming/climate change/weather manipulation that they’ve been cooking for more than 40 years will get us lifetime imprisonment sentences or outright beheadings. Not looking forward to it.
There have been multiple attempts to control the weather dating back to the 60s and 70s. I have personal experience with one, and it wasn’t as nefarious as this makes it sound.
That was back in the days where we’d see headlines like “Are the Russians Controlling Our Weather”, which were the cause of hilarity among the meteorologists and physicists on my project.
In any event, no “global warming” alarmist has ever coherently explained, in terms of their theory of CO2 being the climate control knob, why ice ages begin when atmospheric CO2 peaks and end when atmospheric CO2 reaches a minimum. It’s almost like temperature controls CO2 and not the other way around.
