Clearly, a healthy, anti-inflammatory diet, such a whole foods, plant-based nutrition, possibly helped by water fasting should be the first line of defense for cancer, and probably will account for 60% of the disease reversal where possible. After you do that for a month or so, you will know enough to see if the patient can reverse the disease with diet and lifestyle only, or if other measures are needed.
