Ya know I’m tired of people assuming Ozempic. I have people in my life swearing up and down that I have used Ozempic and they can “see it in my face,” and I’m lying about it. The truth is 2-1/2 years ago I chose a Keto diet and I put forth a college-effort level of studying into its science and learning the truth about nutrition and our food supply for about four months. I’ve stuck with my new way of eating without once cheating or faltering and I lost almost ALL my weight, with 20 lbs left to go to reach my college weight, (I’m a 59 yr old,) and I’ve never had clearer skin than I have today. I also learned about intermittent and extended fasting and autophagy, and it reversed almost any wrinkle that had started to appear on my face. I literally look 10-15 years younger and I have more energy that lasts all day, never any midday drowsiness anymore. To be accused of using some drug when the truth is I put a ton of hard work into it is beyond infuriating. The judgmentalism of everyone is cruel. There were a couple shots of Trump last night where I swear I recognized the same changes in him that I have seen in myself. I don’t know for certain if he did it with drugs or not, none of us can, but he certainly has the money to have had a much easier time applying my diet than I had! He can afford others to prepare meals for him, which helps if you don’t have that added stress. A lot of us chose to make the sacrifices and tough choices to do the hard work ourselves and make it happen. Trump strikes me as someone who would do that too.
And just to be clear I did it all through my diet. I never hit the gym until I lost all the weight. You don’t lose the weight in the gym. You lose it with the diet (ketosis is a miracle.) Now that the weight is gone I have started a healthy walking routine and I work out faithfully 4x/week building my muscle back. That will help me lose the last 20lbs, but those who think cardio loses fat are wrong. It’s a waste of time. Change your diet first and remain stubbornly faithful to it. Stop eating what is in our food supply, cut out all sugar 100% and all processed food and your body will start to heal itself from within.
Oh, I'm not saying it can't be done. I just went with the quick and easy explanation. The change in Trump's face could simply be diet alone, not Ozempic or any drug. If he did it without the drug-- which I think is really, REALLY a bad drug-- even better for him. Smart move avoiding that, if that's what he did.
if you survive being shot by a sniper, you might change your outlook on life as well. It is a life changing event. only a fool would dodge a bullet and keep living a life unexplored.
Agreed I wonder if it’s the same guy
I saw it too. Mentioned it to my husband. There was just something off about him.
That being said, I have not paid a lot of attention to him lately. It could simply be something like "Ozempic face" which some have suggested:
