As some of you may know, we as native lifelong New Yorkers escaped NYC late last year because living in mass formation Death Cultism was for us untenable. While we commend Bobbie Anne Cox, we believe that the tyranny has only just begun in cities like New York and Los Angeles. Basically, these places have been reduced to WEF and UN “smart city” anti-human trial balloon zones of 4th Industrial Revolution dystopia. The NYC “vax” passports were an especially unpalatable taste of what’s to come in the form of the social credit score. By residing in NYC we felt that we were tacitly supporting this gathering technocommunism and that was completely antithetical to our consciousnesses and morals.

So it’s likely that almost everyone reading this article knows me as the attorney who recently defeated Governor Hochul’s quarantine camp regulation. For those of you who don’t, this post will be particularly enlightening. In the wake of my monumental defeat of Governor Hochul’s illegal forced quarantine reg, I’ve been consumed with media appearances. This is not because the mainstream media is seeking me out - no, not at all. In fact, the opposite is true… they won’t even cover this story when we reach out to them and ask them to! Instead, the legacy alphabet media is purposely ignoring this epic story, and only “alternative media” is covering it.

You really need to ask yourself, “why is that?!” Think about it for a minute, why on earth would the legacy media ignore such a sensational story such as this one? An unbelievable story about a tyrannical governor and her Department of Health who made a regulation giving themselves the power to lock up any New Yorkers they want, for no reason whatsoever, without any proof you were actually sick (or even exposed to a communicable disease), for however long they want, at a location that they choose, where they can control your every move, and with no way for you to get out?!

The answer to that question evades me still today. Almost all the media that I have gotten on our quarantine camp lawsuit has been from “alternative media”, save one story published by the New York Post, and one interview on WABC radio. Then there are the “budding MSM”, those alternative stations that Wikipedia would call far right pro-Trump networks… some of them have covered our story like NTD TV, OAN News, and Real America’s Voice. Other than that, it’s all been podcasts, local radio, online newspapers, blogs, etc. I have a partial list of the alternative media reports on a prior Substack which you can view here.

Why is this severe censorship a problem?

Because the only way we are going to end the tyranny in New York is by changing the leadership! We need to vote out Kathy Hochul on November 8th, and the key to doing that is by ending the censorship and making the tens of millions of voters in New York aware of Hochul’s intent to appeal my quarantine camp lawsuit victory. Yes, Hochul and Attorney General Letitia James (also running for election on November 8th), want to overturn the Judge’s decision and take back the power to lock you up whenever they want, without any due process at all!

Let me give an example. Raise your hand if you knew about the press conference that Senator Borrello, Assemblyman Tague, Assemblyman Lawler (my petitioners on the lawsuit) and I did back in April to announce the launch of our lawsuit against Hochul. Anyone?

Didn’t think so.

This video of our press conference has less than 30,000 views. There are over 19 million New Yorkers. Assuming that all 30,000 of those viewers are New Yorkers (which they most certainly are not), that’s less than 1%.

I’ll give another example. How about the multiple press releases Senator Borrello, Assemblyman Tague, Assemblyman Lawler and I have done since filing our lawsuit some 5 months ago - have you seen or read any of those?

I do believe I am hearing crickets.

Ending the tyranny - before it’s too late… #TakeBackNY

If Kathy Hochul and Letitia James win on November 8th, my educated guess is that we will see a release of tyrannical gusto like we’ve never seen before! Think about it, the election is just 9 weeks away, and Hochul unapologetically has us in 3 states of emergency (over guns, COVID, and monkeypox, as I wrote about previously). That’s pretty brazen (not to mention absolutely absurd). Imagine the flood of tyranny that will ensue when the threat of an imminent election is not hanging over their heads! These two women will have 4 long years ahead of them to do whatever they want, whenever they want, constitution be damned… and it will be left to attorneys like me to continuously sue them for their unconstitutional (and anti-American) acts. That is not sustainable, folks!

Lawsuits take time. A lot of time! And resources. And money. Yes, it’s true that I have been working on this quarantine camp lawsuit all year pro bono, but that is not sustainable either, especially not for the next 4 years. You cannot win back your freedom if you are constantly behind the eight-ball. We need new leadership. Period.

FYI, Hochul’s opponent, Lee Zeldin, has publicly stated he is against mandates and forced quarantines. Do your homework, be an informed voter on November 8th, and bring as many friends/family with you to vote on election day! We can only win this if we turn out in record numbers.

So we need to penetrate the wall of censorship by using every communication outlet we have to spread the word about Hochul and Tish James’ planned appeal of our victory that obliterated quarantine camps. (For example, post the link to this article on your social media, email it to all your contacts, print it out and hand it out at events or rallies, talk about it with friends/family…)
Tell Hochul and Attorney General Letitia James to back down and STOP wasting our tax dollars on an appeal.
