How is your B vitamin intake? B12 (methylcobalamin, please) and benfotiamine can be helpful.

Make sure it’s sublingual. Also as mentioned above, benfothiamine is important. Also, CNS bioregulator can be helpful.

Thanks. I am already on B12 Complex and take a supplement with zinc and D. I eat Carnivore and that is the best medicine so far.
