I take it weekly and have noticed nothing but good things. My joints are pretty much as good as they were when i was a wee lad, and that was 7 decades ago. I haven't had as much as a cold since i began using the Iver, also my meager age spots have faded back into freckles. I've been using since the protocol was developed to fight Covid, they give it to race horses worth far more than I, (at least to the horse racing crowd) - They seem to do all right.......
