Well…. i’ve done a closed colon hydrotherapy thing at my doctors office once and they have been telling me ongoing to do coffee enemas and I’ve tried that but for some reason right now for 2 1/2 days after I do that I’m completely bloated/uncomfortable/miserable. I’ve always eaten a good diet….mostly organic all the time and now I’m even doing gluten-free. And now only drinking structured water. Just got the other day and I can feel a bit of a difference already just from that change.
An enema is different than colon hydrotherapy. I like the open systems personally. You’re probably experiencing bloating because your colon needs to be cleaned before doing a coffee ‘implant’.
A friend of mine owns several colon hydrotherapy locations and has an informative website.
I’m working on getting one down here near Tampa (Sun City Center area). In Florida you need a massage license to be a colon hydrotherapist. Other states don’t require it. I’m running my own company and don’t have time right now to get the license.
I haven’t found a place in florida yet. For now, I need to travel back to NY and visit her when I’m back.
Don’t give up, though. Hydrotherapy is the way to go. It’s helped me so much. 🙏
Yeah, it’s a lot more difficult to get licensing in Florida for a lot of things that other states from what I understand. But in a way I try not to be a good thing so you don’t have some fly by nighter operating a business where they don’t know what the heck they’re doing, do you live over in that Tampa area? I live in Saint Augustine.
