My vit D level recently showed 105! My doctor said it was WAY too High! Said I should quit taking any Vit D supplements. What do you think? Can it be TOO high??

That’s a great level. Most MDs are 100 years behind the science regarding vitamin D still recommending 600 IU per day to prevent rickets, an Industrial Revolution malady!

Most MDs are clueless when it comes to vitamins & diet because they are only taught to write Rxs with zero education on anything natural.

He is probably right! Mine is at 70 and I take 5000 IU’s daily!

It can be too high. If it gets too high you can develop stomach pain. That happened to me when my level hit 140. I have since backed it down and the pain went away.

Sometimes you CAN have too much of a good thing!

I take a liquid D3 made by Benevolent - 5-6 drops and Dr. Mercola's capsule of D3K2 5 days week, and skip weekends to reboot my system. I skip all supplements on the weekends. I heard that was a good way to educate your body from a nutritionist. It felt like good advice.

Vitamin D is indeed safe, but too high of a dose can cause stomach pain. I experienced this earlier this year when my vitamin D reading was 140. I stopped supplementing and my pain went away. As soon as I get this past week’s results from my blood test, I’m hoping to be at a reasonable number so that I can resume supplementation at a more modest dose.

Hope this is helpful!

I have Dr. Marik's book "Cure for Cancer". He says some types of cancer need very high D levels to fight it. All the way up to a maximum of 300 to work best.

WHEN I WAS ILL MANY YEARS AGO I TOLERATED massive doses of VitC which normally would have sent my system into pain and diarrhea, etc. but it cured me and I dropped the dose lower as I felt better...I started at 22grams, ridiculous, I know, but kept dropping as I became well again. So well ill, someone may need a therapeutic dose much higher than supposed.
