This has just been resolved after 2 months of chasing DHL. They received the shipment from the US within 2 days of me ordering it and then sat on it for a whole month in the UK and then they binned it. When the Petmectin people in the US enquired with DHL what was going on DHL told them that import duty was outstanding so I contacted DHL and was eventually put on to DHL in the US and they then refused to answer any more of my emails. I then got my MP involved and he chased up DHL's CEO and asked him to sort this out. Within a day I got a response from one of the CEOs direct reports who assured me she would find out what had happened and within a week I got the response that oops it turns out we have destroyed your goods as we didn't have an e-mail address to ask you to pay the import duty. So they knew the sender's postal address and they knew my postal address and just decided to dump my property in their bin because they couldn't be bothered writing me a letter, ........ "apparently". They told me to ensure that next time the sender includes my e-mail address on the package so DHL can e-mail me to pay the import duty. I told the Petmectin people this and they sent me a free replacement which I then received about 4 days later and I didn't have to pay any import duty. I think DHL are under orders to ditch Ivermectin in the bin and only the fact I got my MP involved and that I had threatened to tell GB News this story made them deci=de to deliver the second package. THis is an utter disgrace in a so-called free country and everyone should be totally fuming about it because I know I am.
Update. I had just written and posted the above note when the postie pushed another packet of Ivermectin through the door. So it looks like the packet Igot a few days ago was possibly the original that DHL said they had destroyed and this new packet is the replacement package from the Petmectin people. It looks like one hand at DHL doesn't know what the other is doing.
-- PLEASE KET US KNOW ..!!
