Please donтАЩt. Ivermectin has numerous mechanisms of action. But it kills worms/parasites by functioning as a nerve agent. Ivermectin doesnтАЩt kill us because it doesnтАЩt cross the blood brain barrier. Add DMSO and it will. DonтАЩt use DMSO with any Acetylcholinesterase inhibitors.
Grind the PetMectin pills into an organic base cream -- that is your best bet.
Has anyone studied topical IVR or FenBen with DMSO for better absorption? Any studies or anecdotal info?

That was an idea I have been toying with, too. However, I will read around the topic first:
1. My DMSO roll-on says, "Because of its anticholinesterase activity, avoid the use of other cholinesterase inhibitors with DMSO roll-on"
2. "Bioactivity of a peptide derived from acetylcholinesterase: involvement of an ivermectin-sensitive site on the alpha 7 nicotinic receptor"

Can you offer an idea of proportions?
