What dosage are most people using? I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in September, and I've been taking 12mg 2X daily with meals for a little over a month. I also started taking fenbendazole and high-dose melatonin in October.

If your dr prescribes ivm 12 mg 2X daily, then follow that, but it seems a little light. FLCCC https://covid19criticalcare.com/ would suggest 18-54 mg for a 190lb person once a day for simple covid, rsv, cold, ronovirus treatment for 5-10 depending on severity. Sugar (glucose) feeds cancer. https://covid19criticalcare.com/latest-research-on-repurposed-drugs-brings-new-hope-to-cancer-patients/ Enter 'cancer' in search on their website. A lot of good reading but you probably won't find them dosing for cancer. They leave that to you, your primary and oncologist.
