Why hasn't every political prisoner been released?? Why aren't the so called Republicans demanding it? Protocol? Rules? To hell with protocol and rules. There was no protocol used in keeping people in prison for years and destroying their lives. The lawsuits that should come from this against EVERY member of Congress that failed to uphold these prisoners constitutional rights will hopefully find many in orange jumpsuits but I won't hold my breath.
No, none of the above. The "Republicans" in Congress are almost entirely all RINOS - Republicans in name only. In other words, they, too, are part of the facade. There is no 2 parties any longer - hasn't been for some time, actually. They're all (except a very few) part of one giant Uniparty - some play "Democrats" and some play "Republicans". Those playing "Democrat" push vocally & publicly forward the radical ideas, and those playing "Republican" pretend to push back against them & those ideas yet just enough of them manage to vote for the radical crap that is nearly always gets passed & made into law. That is what is happening. Virtually no-one in Congress gets there to truly represent the People - and, nearly all those few who do, are quickly corrupted.
