You need to lift weights!! Start slow!! There’s a gym called Osteo strong that helps women who have osteoporosis. Also, I hope this helps.

Thank you! I have heard of that place, however it’s over an hour from me unfortunately. I did buy a weighted vest to wear on walks and am gonna try to start doing more weight lifting.
