I make it myself, but you can order it online as well. I watched several you tube videos of how to make my own eggshell calcium with organic eggs. Boil them and then dry them out in a low oven, grind them very fine and put in capsules. I make quite a lot at a time. Not difficult and free , except to buy the gelatin capsules and I bought a grinder [coffee] used only for that purpose. I did lots of research and had tried many other methods first, which I could not tolerate because of side effects. This seems to be working great!

Wow no kidding. So have you been tested to see if this is helping your bones? How long have you been doing this, if you don’t mind me asking? And, it doesn’t cause any stomach issues?

i GUESS I have been doing this for more than a year now, a year and a half? I have no stomach issues and no weird side effects like other things I tried which were supposed to help which said they were "natural ". There are those people who add the ground up eggshell powder to a smoothie or other food and take it that way too, altho i never have. Just search any questions you have on the internet and you will find the answers to your questions with a bit of reading. I READ MANY, MANY COMMENTS/REVIEWS ON THIS [ON THE INTERNET, YOU TUBE VIDEOS] TO FIND OUT HOW TO GRIND THE EGG SHELLS, TO FILL CAPSULES AND HOW MUCH TO TAKE, ETC. There were excellent video demonstrations for preparing the eggshells and grinding them also. JUST PUT YOUR QUESTIONS IN THE SEARCH BAR. I found an Indian DR who gave all the other supplements to take with the eggshell calcium so it is absorbed into the bones rather than just in the bloodstream. Just a few hours of research. I FEEL REALLY GOOD AND HAVE HAD NO BREAKS OR ANYTHING. I am sure you will find what you need this way. I am preparing a load of eggshells today as a matter of fact! God bless!
