I had severe disc rupture and dislocation in my lower back around 20-25 years or so ago, very painful, could not do basically anything for months. Even getting out of bed was successful only by gently rolling my lower body out of bed to the floor and using my hands to lift me to upright position using different furniture, little by little. Form the x-rays , some doc told me then that i might have 'osteopenia' that is pre-osteoporosis, in my lower back and hips (used to spend my days mostly sitting in my car, sitting at my desk at work or sitting at my computer at home, no wonder)

Discovered an exercise device called Reverse Hyper, invented by powerlifter Louie Simmons who had broken his back and doctors told him he was lucky if he would ever walk again - Simmons cured himself with this device of his own invention and was able to lift better than before he had broken his back :D

I managed to heal my disc/back problems with the Reverse Hyper device within surprisingly shot time and have not had back issues since. Sure after i recovered enough, i changed my desk at work and at home to version where you could stand while working with the computer, no sitting in chairs for 12 hours in a row anymore.

Changed my exercise and eating habits radically to the better too back then, and some 4-5 years back i broke few ribs while dropping on top of a bench from the roof, had an x-ray and asked them to look if there was any osteopenia or osteoporosis visible and they said no. So a lot of things can be cured by right methods, maybe give the Reverse Hyper a try ? I sure am glad i found that, and went forward from there.
