I'm a Christian and in Genesis God gave MEN, not women, the headship - they are supposed to be the LEADERS making the way for women and facilitating women so that all can prosper and work in the world. I know this concept has been turned upside down by feminists and men (who don't want their responsibility as the leaders), but the fact is that men do have the headship. Look at single headed households (look at the stats on that, I don't have to prove it - they are there). Men are bigger and stronger than women and are supposed to protect them and lead the way into battle. The idea that they are the same or that women should lead men is not the natural order, nor has it been found to be effective. Yes, MALES are our first line of defense for the family, for the nation. But, a lot of men have abdicated their responsibilities to the degree that they don't even know that our nation is under attack. They are distracted and occupied while the farm is being taken away piece by piece. I know that feminists have done a lot to destroy male headship, but it is still the set up that God put in place whether men rise to their responsibilities or not. It is not the women who God gave the responsibility to earn the living or defend the family and society. It was the men. If we end up in war in this country, and we are going to, do you expect women to go out there with guns, etc. and defend the country????? Other armies would just laugh and plow them down. Then, who will there be to repopulate the country?????? This role reversal is not right nor does it work.
