Concurrent with this a new false flag scheme will be rolled out, whether it be PSYOP-CLIMATE or PSYOP-CYBER-ATTACK a la PSYOP-19.

I'm pretty sure that when they experimented on animals with mRNA "vaccines" all or most of the animals died when re-exposed. That does not seem to be happening here; there would be too many deaths to hide. BUT, I would think that there is another virus already cooked up that can be released that will kill off those who took the shots...kind of a plan B.
