CBDC will make the payment "glitch" you just experienced, look like child's play, when it arrives.

Hope all here are looking into alternatives and preparing.

When your cash goes away and ALL your transactions are monitored, your last bit of freedom will be done.

If they take total control of the currency, we’ll have to setup a barter network.

Maybe online bartering. Instead of a subscription, people send you shit like food, firewood, toiletries, handmade items.

Set up a Facebook advertisement, with coded languages. “Free for the taking” would be a user, serving as a central mail collection point.

You get the idea.

If not, go sell drugs to crackheads and broke college students. You’ll quickly find that you get way more value out of bartering. “Why, yes I’ll take this flat screen television and $30 meal, for my $10 product.”

lol...great outside the box thinking. I like the FB idea...except, I don't like/use FB.

It is coming, but you are correct, there are going to be few alternatives, for the masses. Bartering and the black market, have always been historic work arounds, however, in this digital society those alternatives are going to fall short.

I made a comment elsewhere, that the ones who will be affected aren't the door dash warriors...ordering up a hot dog and bag of chips for delivery...it will be those like us here, wanting to spend out fed coins on things that will be labeled as subversive, dangerous, treasonous, in support of domestic terrorism, racism, anti- (insert any agenda item).

No more purchasing of ammo, guns, etc.

ESG will be linked to it all.

Make your critical purchases now, with cash, stock up on the things that have always been tradeable (tobacco, alcohol, ammo, gold/silver, food staples) and as much as possible, get out of debt...the more you owe, the more vulnerable you are.

Remember, when you (in general) shake your head and think this all sounds crazy and that they will never implement CBDC, go back to right before the scamdemic and ask yourself, if the last 3 years would have seemed plausible, to you, back then.

Do things within the system that allow for traceable purchases.

Scout leader, head of sportsball tailgating parties, those allow for large food purchases.

Join a search and rescue group.

Airsoft (if allowed) or maybe wildlife photography allows for camouflage purchases.

Think of what the system promotes and how to use it to your advantage,

Great thought process!!

I think you are absolutely correct. This will be a great starting point, to subvert the system, smartly.

Also, look at how drug dealers operate. They live their lives like someone is watching them, personally, 24/7 and they still manage to operate under the radar. Not always, but they do succeed overall.

There’s where you learn the keys to a surveillance society.

How to hide product, how to disguise it, how to stay hidden, linguistic codes, smuggling, etc etc…

my pristine little paid for car with 19k miles was rear ended and totaled and I had to buy a replacement in the worst possible market of my lifetime. The note is 3%; would you pay it off in cash or keep the note?

Expand full comment

My personal opinion is, if I had the cash to do so, I would pay it off. If I couldn't do it all at once, then that would become my budgetary priority,...get rid of the debt...especially if you have no other bills (aside form monthly living expenses).

When CBDC comes, you won't be 'online' unless you climb a pole and manually connect. Do you think your ISP will barter for online services? Think again, when the Beast System is implemented, the ONLY way to participate will be the MARK!
