I think Ukraine has been set up as a laundromat for US tax payer money to be funneled to Israel. The Khazarian Mafia don't give a rat's ass about Ukrainians whether they are loyal to the government or not. They are just a means to an end.
What you have to remember is that Israel also has all the wealth of the City of London behind it as well. This wealth will come in handy when the US host has been bled dry in the not too distant future.
