Half spoon every morning before food mixed with water. I didnt have pH strips when I started but now I keep above 7.0 and mostly 7.5

Half of what size spoon? Teaspoon? Tablespoon? A spoon you use to stir your coffee? It makes a difference. Does it matter how much water you mix it in? Thanks!
