I'm 59 and had never been a conspiracy theorist until Covid began. Several coworkers are off-the-deep-end conspiracy theorists and they helped to bring me up to speed. Now we don't talk anymore because they're all stuck believing the same super far-out, spectacularly improbable ideas.
I'd recommend going to E511ministries on Rumble and watching his videos with "plandemic" and "conspiracy theory" in the title. He explains how both sides in this fight are actually the same.
For his longer videos I used a free program to cut them up into manageable clip lengths in case I missed something and want to rewatch the last 20 seconds or so. But they're very in depth and you may not be into his longer videos.
I'd also recommend Robert Breaker on YouTube. I'd start with his synopsys of the old testament, than the new testament, than Dispensationalism etc. He'll bring you up to speed as quickly and painlessly as possible.
