Imagine if you will hiring a worker that possessed such hyper attention to detail about their pronouns that they had little bandwidth left over for actual work. And imagine that these identity politrix workers were hopped up on sex hormones, sex change surgery mutilated, DEATHVAX™ boosted into premature prion disease dementia, and all the while overzealously supporting the latest Statist woke psyop du jour during working hours.
Would you as a business owner dare consider such “inclusivity” hires?
According to a new report from Business.com, over 80% of nonbinary people believe identifying as nonbinary would hurt their job prospects. Similarly, 51% believe their gender dysmorphia has impacted their workplace experience, “very or somewhat negatively.”
Ryan McGonagill, report author and director of industry research at Business.com added:
“We clearly have more work to do on several fronts. Over the past 10 years, DEIB efforts have been prioritized by many companies; however, the results of this study and past research show that teams in most industries aren’t proportionately representative of the U.S. population,” McGonagill tells CNBC Make It. “And worse, many people (like the nonbinary individuals we spoke with in our research) feel like they don’t belong.”
“Companies should have clearly-outlined initiatives and timelines for improving diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. On top of that, they should measure their employees’ sense of belonging. Investing in these efforts can only be positive for companies and team members alike.”
To confirm the obvious, Business.com sent out pairs of identical phantom resumes to “180 unique job postings that were explicitly open to entry-level candidates” to test “whether or not the inclusion of gender-neutral pronouns impacts how employers perceive resumes.”
“Both featured a gender-ambiguous name, ‘Taylor Williams.’ The only difference between the test and control resumes was the presence of gender pronouns on the test version,” McGonagill noted in his report. “The test resume included “they/them” pronouns under the name in the header.”
The phantom resume including pronouns received 8% less interest than the one that did not lead with mental illness, with fewer interview and phone screening invitations.
In another ironic yet wholly predictable twist, over 64% of the companies that received these resumes were Equal Opportunity Employers, which made the results even more “worrisome.”
It would be safe to assume that their corporate social credit ESG scores are now under threat for their One World Government overlords.
“The law makes it clear that you cannot base any employment decision (hiring, terminating, or otherwise) based on their gender identity,” McGonagill said. “It’s incredibly disappointing and unethical that many of the hiring managers in our study would disqualify a candidate for being authentic.”
Actually, it is not unethical in any way, shape or form to refuse to abide by an unethical, unconstitutional, and idiotic “law.” What is unethical is for an illegitimate Federal government to meddle in private corporate and personal matters.
McGonagill added:
“Company leaders should also be proactive in preventing these situations through employee education and conversation. Help your team members understand what it means to truly be inclusive and consider different perspectives.”
Is it really any wonder that despite being employed at Business.com, an “expert” like McGonagill never ran his own business? Perhaps his employer is nothing more than a revolving door government front? That would make perfect sense given that Business.com’s senior management team is comprised not of captains of industry, but, rather, almost exclusively by Mockingbird MSM apparatchiks.
If a private business wants to hire mentally ill applicants, then that is their right in the same way that no business nor individual should be forced to bake a cake for minor attracted BLM transvestite.
Of course, the “Biden” DoJ would designate you and your business a “domestic terrorist” if you refuse to destroy your business by hiring weaponized useful idiot extremists.
Do NOT comply.
It’s like telling someone, hey I have a mental disorder , hire me
My pronouns kiss/my/ass.
